Refund Policy
We offer refunds in select cases, based on the stage of the project and the scope of work completed. Our goal is to be reasonable and fair — for both parties.
For one-time projects:
You may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided work has not yet started.
If work has started, we may offer a partial refund, minus time and resources already spent (strategy, copywriting, etc).
No refunds will be issued once a project is 50% or more complete.
For ongoing retainers:
Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
If you’re unsatisfied with the first month of service, we offer a 50% refund of that month — no questions asked.
No refunds will be issued for prior months or completed deliverables.

Retainers require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.
One-time projects can be paused or canceled with written agreement, though partial work may still be billable.
6. Intellectual Property
All creative work we produce for you (copy, strategy) is yours once it’s paid for. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver great results, but we can’t guarantee sales, revenue, or specific outcomes. We're not liable for indirect losses or issues caused by third-party platforms.
