We find the sweet spot to be anywhere between 12-16 per month. Don't worry, our team comes up with the entire strategy from campaign ideas, creation and implementation. However, you are more than welcome to provide us with any ideas you have as well.

The beauty of working with Pacific is you can choose how involved you would like to be in our process. We need from you to get started is your brand assets, fill out a discovery form and a 30-minute onboarding session. From there, all you will need to do is review our work and leave comments. If you would like to be more involved with the strategy, we welcome that as well.

All services are digital and project-based, with no physical goods sold. We invoice clients on a one-time or retainer basis, depending on the scope of the engagement. All services are clearly described and documented in proposals or service agreements.

Refund & Dispute Policy

At Pacific Flows Marketing we’re committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven email marketing services. We stand behind our work — but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Below is our fair and transparent refund and dispute policy.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in select cases, based on the stage of the project and the scope of work completed. Our goal is to be reasonable and fair — for both parties.

For one-time projects:

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided work has not yet started.

If work has started, we may offer a partial refund, minus time and resources already spent (strategy, copywriting, etc).

No refunds will be issued once a project is 50% or more complete.

For ongoing retainers:

Monthly retainers are billed in advance.

You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

If you’re unsatisfied with the first month of service, we offer a 50% refund of that month — no questions asked.

No refunds will be issued for prior months or completed deliverables.

Welcome to Pacific Flows Marketing! By working with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms. We like to keep things simple, respectful, and transparent.

1. Services Provided

We offer email marketing services for eCommerce and digital brands, including:

Email strategy and account setup

Flow automation (e.g. welcome, abandoned cart)

Campaign management

Copywriting

Reporting and analytics

All services are scoped in advance through a proposal or agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are due in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Retainer clients are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

3. Refunds

In short: We offer refunds within reason, especially early in a project or if expectations are clearly unmet. No refunds once significant work has been delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep projects on track, you agree to:

Provide timely access to platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify)

Respond to feedback and approvals promptly

Supply accurate brand assets and information

5. Cancellations

Retainers require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.

One-time projects can be paused or canceled with written agreement, though partial work may still be billable.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative work we produce for you (copy, strategy) is yours once it’s paid for. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver great results, but we can’t guarantee sales, revenue, or specific outcomes. We're not liable for indirect losses or issues caused by third-party platforms.
